They told us it is out of stock.we paid £44.95 via PayPal and we have had various excuses now the sink is advertised at £1000 quite a difference for an item they can not supply.

We were offered a delivery for last Thursday 5th February via email. I replied accepting the delivery but due to a ‘computer glitch’ my email wasn’t received so no delivery that day. After complaining to my local store (Leicester) it was re-scheduled for today 7th February with a time slot of 11.51 to 1.51. My husband and I arrived home at 11.25 to be in good time to receive the delivery only to find they had tried to deliver at 11.00 o’clock. Nobody here so they put a note through the door and went. I am fuming. What is the point of a delivery time if the driver is going to ignore it? I telephoned Customer Service who contacted the driver who then said he’d spoken to our neighbour and been told we’d gone out for the day. This is a lie. I asked my neighbour and he assures me he said no such thing. What a shambles of a company.
