The sessions, which take place on Thursday 3rd February at TechHub London, are open to all businesses that apply for the Springboard programme by the 30th January. This will bring together experienced entrepreneurs and investors to offer support and advice to early-stage businesses on how to develop their business.
Backed by an angel investor syndicate, ideaSpace, and the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA), Springboard is a 13 week mentoring programme which combines support and networking opportunities, as well as up to £15,000 of investment capital. Applicants have until 20 February to compete for one of ten places on the programme.
Springboard has also recently received the backing of Cambridge Angels and the programme is being run in association with them. David Cleevely, co-founder of the Cambridge Angels will join leading Venture Capitalists, Angel investors and entrepreneurs and including Alex van Someren from Amadeus Capital Partners; Colin Willis, Managing Director at Hotspur Capital Partners and Neil McClements, Managing Partner at Fintech Ventures Fund as mentors on the programme.
